Our Quality - Banners and Signs

How long will my order take?

Order of our PVC Advertising banners can be dispatched next working day (we may be able to dispatch same day - please ask. All our other sign products will be dispatched within 3-5 days of artwork approval subject to stock. In the rare event we are out of stock we will notify you.

What machines do you print on?

We run a number of different high quality printing machines to suit your sign type. We have the most up to date RIP software to guarantee top quality printing.

What resolution do you print?

We print high resolution 1220dpi - basically photographic quality. We are passionate about colour and quality.

Do you offer a discount for 1 or 2 colour printing?

All our banners are printed in full colour CMYK, we cannot offer discount for single / two colours.

How long will they last - Are they weather proof?

All our banners and signs (except indoor posters) are weather proof and made to last for many years. We cannot guarantee banners from wind damage.

Can you send under plain packaging?

Yes, we deal with many trade resellers so all goods are dispatched in plain packaging with no paperwork with our details on.

How do I place an order?

How do I pay for my order?

Your order needs to be placed via our website and paid for by credit card, debit card or PayPal. We can accept BACS payments and Cheques but require cleared funds before we can release your order.

Can I pay by cheque or set up an account?

We only accept the payment methods above and are unable to offer any account facilities. We can make exceptions for Schools, Charities, local authorities, see below.

Schools / Charities / Local Authorities

If you are school, charity or council we are able to set up an account facility for you. We would require an official purchase order.

Can you post me an invoice?

This is an automated service and you will receive your invoice via email to the email address you have given on your order.

Common Issues

I have submitted my order but have not received my artwork proof.

We aim to proof your order by email within 24hrs. Sometimes these can end up in you junk / spam folder. To track your proof please email info@easierprint.co.uk not forgetting your Order Number.

My order is wrong (A not so common issue :) but it does happen!!)

We quality check all our products but we are only human and from time to time things can go wrong. If there is a problem with your order, please notify us within 24hrs of the problem - Please remember to include your Order Reference Number so that we can rectify the problem quickly.

The courier was late delivering I want a refund for the delivery?

We cannot be held liable for late deliveries by the couriers and cannot offer a refund on the delivery cost if the parcel is late.
