Please make sure you have placed your order and have read our 'Preparing your artwork' section before supplying to us.
IMPORTANT - In all order correspondence please ensure you include your Order Number
SUPPLYING A BRIEF: If you are using our design service simply reply to your order confirmation and let us know the information you require not forgetting to include any pictures or logos you want us to incorporate. We will then prepare your artwork and email a proof for your approval prior to printing.
ARTWORK READY: For large files you can use our YouSendIt account - Please remember to include your order reference in the Message Box. For files under 5mb you can simply reply to your Order Confirmation Email and attach your file.
In all instances you will receive a Proof Approval email within 24Hrs (Excluding Weekends)
